Work From Home – Customer Service Account Manager

Earn £16-22k and work from home.

We currently have opportunities for commercially minded full time customer service account managers with uncapped earnings of between £16,000-£22,000 based on experience and performance.

We are looking for account managers with experience in booking and scheduling planned and reactive property maintenance work. Above all, our advisors must be enthusiastic about providing fantastic customer service.

Work remotely from anywhere in the UK providing you have a suitable work space and a solid internet connection, or if you prefer you can work in our Brighton office.

The role includes a basic salary, individual performance bonus in the region of £26,000 – £26,400per year and free inclusion in our company team profit pot bonus. We also run monthly prizes offering anything from spa breaks to iPads.

The job involves booking and managing property maintenance jobs from start to finish, looking after your customers’ accounts and organising the entire process.

Property maintenance, customer services, account management, sales and admin experience are all advantages as well as a genuine desire to make a connection with your customers and be passionate about your work.

You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure, be good on the phone, self-motivated, hard working and have excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
