IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

We are currently recruiting for a IT Support Technician in Bridgend.

Our client, is looking for enthusiastic, results driven candidates to join their Award winning, World class service desk.

Applicants must:

·Hold an IT qualification

·Have a strong understanding of ITIL

·Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications

·Have trouble shooting and problem solving experience

·Have excellent customer service skills

The main tasks and objectives of the role:

·Work within set target deadlines to answer calls from clients in a professional and efficient manner.

·Provide front line troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical fixes.

·Provide support to a variety of custom made applications, Microsoft application and desktop applications

·Support Networks, hardware and printers

·Manage work load in line with best practice guidelines

·Provide support to both local and global client base.

Hours of work will fall between the hours of 7:00-20:00 daily, on a rota basis, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.

Applications MUST be able to commit to a full 3 week induction period, and be willing to apply for a Baseline Security Clearance and SC security.
