Senior Technical Coordinator

Salary: £69,600 – £79,200 per year

Established house builder with an excellent reputation urgently require Senior Technical Coordinator to join their busy team.

The House builder concerned will drive through 300+ units per annum and are generally acquiring sites in the North of London Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The product will consist of town houses, flats and other type 3 and 4 bedroom units and is what we would consider to be a good quality product.

The responsibilities of the role are to:

Manage and coordinate the production of working drawings and to coordinate all technical aspects of the companies developments.

Coordinate all aspects of design ensuing all current information is available

To ensure regular design team meetings occur with consultants at the right time and be carried out against the agenda of the company

Support the land acquisition team carrying out any technical due diligence required

Manage all clearance of planning conditions and building control conditions particularly those relating to pre-commencement

To manage all consultants to ensure all necessary information is delivered in accordance with the programme

Check incoming information from the consultants and liaise with them to ensure all architectural, engineering and M&E drawings are properly coordinated

Ensure any changes to drawings and design are communicated to the planning authority

Ensure all NHBC Building Regulation approval is obtained and all conditions are cleared promptly

Site Visits

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide mix of developments that range from RC Frame apartment blocks through to general housing sites throughout the stipulated locations above. You can expect a high salary and package couple with a progressive promotional role that will allow the successful candidate to reach Technical Manager in a short space of time.
