Service Desk Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 – £26,910 per year

RHL Are currently recruiting for Help desk Administrators to work with our client who are a leading Facilities Management company in Blackpool

This position will be on a temp to Perm basis and are ideally seeking people from a Customer service or Administrative background.

You will be responsible for:

Meeting our clients service level agreement
answering and resolving queries to assure KPI’s are met
Liaising with Engineers to schedule in appointments
Reporting issues to management. These roles are starting immediately and will be paid weekly.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30pm. This will start off with training which will be done on site but will eventually offer the opportunity to work from home.
