Customer Service Coordinator

On behalf of our rapidly expanding electronics client based in Luton, we are on the lookout for a Customer Co-Coordinator. This is a temp to perm role with the temp period lasting 12 weeks. The salary for this role will be between �17,000 – �20,000 per annum and you will be working a 40 hour week. Our client is looking for the right candidate to start immediately.

You will be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls
* Responding to customer emails
* Resolving queries
* Processing orders
* Issuing new customer cards
* Helping customers troubleshoot technical problems

* Confident using MS Word & Excel (Intermediate)
