Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client who are seeing customer care coordinators to join the team on a temporary basis to September 2022 in Bristol.

This role is a crucial role within the business where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience to both new and existing customers.

Key Duties:

* Managing Customer orders and inputting these on to the system.

* Monitoring the progress of works.

* Working closely with other departments such as transport to ensure customers are fully updated and aware of the progress of their orders.

* Answer customer queries where required.

We are looking for candidates who believe customers are at the heart of any business and have excellent customer service skills.

This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am – 17:30pm with the occasional Saturday which is normally 1 morning every 5-6 weeks.
