Customer Service Team Member

Salary: £13.5 per hour

This is a part-time post and a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills to join our client in their Consumer Services Team. This is an extremely busy department, operating to tight deadlines and you would be expected to have the right mindset and a helpful approach in responding to consumer complaints and enquiries, speaking with and reassuring consumers on telephone carelines. General daily duties will involve:

Dealing confidently with the general public;

Understanding problems and responding accordingly;

Using Word and Excel on a regular basis;

Providing feedback and information to manufacturing sites;

It is imperative that the successful candidate has an excellent telephone manner with the ability to interact well with consumers. You should also have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel as well as excellent administrative and organisational skills.
