Our client, a Commercial Dealer in the Faversham area is currently looking to hire a Commercial Service Supervisor for their busy service centre.

Duties: You will be reporting to the Service Supervisor
To answer the service reception telephone dealing with all enquiries professionally, taking messages and transferring calls where necessary.
All customer vehicle servicing scheduling and booking.
To contact customers 24 hours in advance of bookings to confirm attendance, time of arrival and order number.
To control the use of courtesy vehicles.
All customer requests are listed with as much detail as possible to allow technicians to make a correct diagnosis and repair correctly first time.
To contact customers to inform of repairs that may be required and on completion of repairs, confirming collection details whether by telephone, text, fax.
To help ensure customers are processed quickly through Reception and that paperwork and systems are operated smoothly.

This vacancy is based in Faversham and our client is looking ONLY for motor trade experienced applicants.
