Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000 – £31,200 per year

We have just been given the opportunity to work with a great local business.

Strong communication will be key as you will be a central contact for customers. This can be a fast-paced environment; therefore, you will need to be someone that can prioritise and work under pressure. A resilient character is a must. Full training will be given, the successful person will need to have motivation and hunger to learn:)

This is a Customer Service position, working within the team, duties with include,

• Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer reception.
• Processing jobs
• Provide up to date information to clients.
• Ensure that Customer Service levels are top-notch and in line with company policy.
• General administration and project work.
• Administrational tasks to keep paperwork up to date.

Skills / Experience Required

• Up to date IT Skills – MS Office
• Patience, Patience is crucial for customer service professionals
• Ability to communicate clearly. Your customer support is the window to the business
• Attentiveness. The ability to truly listen to customers is crucial to providing a great customer experience.
• Have experience of working within a similar customer services role ideally working within a busy environment.
• Full driving License
• Happy to work Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.30 – 1 hour lunch.

You will have solid attention to detail skills and have excellent up to date IT skills.
