We are currently seeking passionate Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to join our clients foundation. The foundation itself is a pioneering charity for the public benefit providing education, care and transition planning for young people aged 3-25 with complex physical disabilities and health needs.
Job Purpose Senior Support Worker
To assist the manager with the operational delivery of a residential and/or respite service. To lead and direct others to provide person centred support to children and young adults with physical disabilities and complex health needs, in order to promote independence and personal fulfilment.

Must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care or be prepared to work towards this.
