Mintt Resourcing is announcing the search for a senior receptionist for an exclusive new client in central London.

This modern British ‘all day dining’ concept is delivering British classic dishes with all fresh produce in a fresh exciting manner for Lunch and dinner to rival any of London’s leading bustling brasserie / restaurants.

To join the front of house team you will be extremely well presented, motivated, hospitable, organized and of course an excellent communicator. Always looking to accommodate customers even if the restaurant is fully booked. They should be able to recognize and remember regulars and their requirements and give then a warm welcome.

Managing a team of eight, this person will be responsible for the management of out bound and inbound telephone calls, reservations, party bookings and most importantly the first point of contact for customers to the business.

An ideal candidate will;

Either been a Receptionist for at least a year or a senior Receptionist
Love working in a dynamic team.
Come to work full of ideas.
Have experienced high volume of calls and diners.
Have a genuine love of the industry and have fun with the team.
Love being on the floor welcoming regular customers.
Manage reception to ensure the restaurant always full.
Understand Sales & Marketing.
