Part Time Receptionist/Administrator (Job Share 2.5 days a week Mon, Tues and Wed morning)

About the Role
We are currently seeking to recuit an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join Jane Lewis Health & Social Care at our Head Office in Chester on a job share for 2 and a half days per week. We currently have one person in the role and are seeking a second person to work on a Wednesday afternoon from 12.30pm to 5pm and 9am to 5pm Thursday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner with strong attention to detail and accuracy and must have good organisational skills.
The successful candidate should be computer literate and able to demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft packages including Excel.
Duties will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
provide reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
To deliver excellent customer service at all times
Meet and greet visitors and training delegates
Manage meeting room bookings
Order supplies for copy rooms and general stationary
Maintain paper stock for printers and copiers
Provide administrative support for Recruitment, Training, HR & Quality Assurance
Health & Safety, Fire Warden and First Aid administration
Update telephone lists
Deal with deliveries
Refilling coffee machine supplies and water coolers in reception Experience and Skills:
Proven reception experience is essential
Customer focussed
Excellent telephone manner
You will be used to working in a busy environment and able to work well under pressure
Ability to remain calm and focussed is essential
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and visitors
Independent and able to work on own initiative
Ability to prioritise workload
Excellent IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
A Team Player
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills Qualifications:
GCSE English
GCSE Maths
