Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a contractor on a range of projects. These will range from a steel frame warehouse to new build residential and as such we are looking for someone who has experience with a very wide variety of projects and build methods.
This is a full time office based role with site visits on a monthly basis.
Initially there will be 2 existing projects of steel frame construction to begin with and other schemes starting in the coming months.
For this particular role we are looking for an assertive individual who is flexible to different ways of working in order to obtain best results. This is a very fast paced office and the ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively within this environment.
