Salary: £420 – £480 per day

We are happy to look at all levels of Estimator’s / Quantity Surveyor’s. You could be an Assistant Estimator who is looking for more progression or a stand alone Estimator who wants more responsibility

A dynamic and forward thinking regional contractor have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their flag ship office in near Erdington, Birmingham.

This contractor is growing at a rapid rate. If you are ambitious, career minded and want to be a lead Quantity Surveyor / Estimator whilst other Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator are still making the tea then call New Way recruit.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their refurbishment division on small works projects up to £1m in value. The Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will assist commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment that primarily covers refurbishment projects.

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

• This position is split 80% Estimating and 20% Quantity Surveying
• Track record working for a reputable contractor
• Assuming full commercial responsibility
• Experience working on commercial Projects is advantageous
