Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £360 – £480 per day

We are Footprint are recruiting for a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a commercial build near Fleetwood.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting (CVR)
• Responsible for work package change control and management
• Dealing with any pricing variations
• Responsible for project re-measure
• Preparing final accounts
• Managing CE’s

Start date – Monday 12th September for 5 months

Hours – 7.30am/8.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday

Pay £360 – £480 per day Outside IR35

Applicable Candidates:

You will hold a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience) and have excellent interpersonal skills.

You’ll come from a main contracting background, preferably having worked for main contractors on new build / refurb projects, including the full lifecycle of a project / Surveying duties
