Salary: £32,400 – £33,600 per year
Based in the heart of Horsham, you will be supporting and deputising for theo Customer & Property Care Manager. These means overseeing the general running of the property management centre and motivating and managing a team of around 35 people.

The Job
* Day to day management of a team of property care professionals who look after our Landlords, Tenants and our network of Lettings offices
* Our customers’ experience starts with our colleagues and so as the Senior Property Manager you need to lead from the front ensuring that the best service is provided to our customers day in day out
* Very much a “Hands On” approach, spending most of your time at the sharp end (or on the floor) with your colleagues providing them with the necessary support and guidance needed
* Motivating, training, developing and helping with regular 1:1 meetings to enhance your colleagues personal progress and growth
The Person
* Previous team management experience in a property management related role, promoting our ethos in providing EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service
* An overall in-depth and proven knowledge of property management
* An excellent comprehension of up to date legislation
* Someone who thrives on continuous improvement, achieving and improving results with a passion for people and property management
* A natural motivator and communicator inspiring colleagues to become the best they can be and providing any required coaching, training or general development
* Experienced in dealing with complaints and the ability to solve problems and issues as they arise
* Provision of various management reports as required

The Package
* Basic Salary: £32,400 – £33,600(Dependent on Experience)
* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.45 – 18.00
