What will you do?
As we look to shape our future, we have created a new role within our Letting Agency and Rental team. As an Assistant Property Manager you will have a key role to play, as you`ll often be our first point of contact for landlords and tenants. Because of this we are looking for an individual who has experience of working in the private rented sector, who can deliver an excellent customer service, while being business-driven and solution-centred. You`ll also be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in your planning, organising and administrative skills, as well as having strong communication and negotiation abilities. As a result you will help eren Living enhance its reputation with landlords, tenants, and internal and external partners, in order to support the development and growth of the Seren Living` business.
