Assistant Sales Manager – Property

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

My client is a very successful property sales and online estate agency group.

They have solid plans for growth and development of the company.

Their Sales Negotiators are busy and the Manager of this team needs an Assistant Sales Manager able to mentor and develop your own team of 7 Negotiators and manage your own portfolio of properties. You will work closely with the Sales Manager – a real deputy able to stand in as Sales Manager where required.

So you will be Senior Property Sales person who is ready for the next step – and the one after that.

Your day to day will be:

• Guiding, support and mentoring your team of 7 negotiators
• Manage a portfolio of properties
• Achieving targets which in turn will assist the company in achieving its growth plans.
• Providing support to the negotiators as well as mentoring and developing them.

You will have:

• At least 2 years experience in a senior sales position.
• Experience in high-paced sales environment with a focus on negotiation.
• Excellent sales background of hitting & exceeding sales, revenue targets.
• Strong leadership skills & ability to keep team motivation high.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• The ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
• A strong customer & service focus.
