The Client:
Due to our client’s continued growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Customer Service Advisor within the Customer Services team. This is an integral role in a small dedicated team that is part of a
successful manufacturing company. Located just off the M1 junction in Wakefield, on a full time, permanent basis.

The Job:
As a member of the Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a small team when the manager is absent.
Supporting and assisting the customer service department.
Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor customer orders to ensure they progress through to delivery and dealing with any problems along the way.
Liaising between the customer sales and the Production team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Provide and maintain administrative support, including the updating of the Company database and other associated duties such as filing.

Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have:
Worked within a manufacturing environment.
Track record in Customer services and administration.
Experience in management and KPIs.
Previous experience of handling telephone calls, customer service and administration are essential experience for this role.
Proficient users of Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communicator with a proactive, flexible approach to work and problem solving.

Benefits:
Full time 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and the salary is £26,000per year with the possibility of rising to £26,000 per year. There is also free on site parking available and 28 days annual leave rising to 33 days with service, accessible location outside the city centre.
