Salary: £27,600 – £36,000 per year

The Role

As a Scheduler you will be our customer’s first point of contact whether it’s by phone, email or letter. You will manage your own customer accounts, deal with any customer enquiries and make sure our customers have all the information needed to make their ‘Cut Out’ appointment go smoothly. 

Working as part of a busy, engaged team, you will work and think “logistics” when scheduling customer appointments, making best use of our engineers time to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction. 

As a customer focussed business, we want you to concentrate on our customers. So that you can do this, we will allocate one day of your week to admin tasks leaving the rest of your time free to build those relationships and provide truly excellent customer service. 

As one of our Schedulers, you will work flexibly between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and participate in a rota working one Saturday in 4. 

What are we looking for:-

• Have proven experience working in a customer service environment
• Are proficient in the use of MS Office
• Are an excellent written and verbal communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have the proven ability to work as part of a team
