Facilities Helpdesk Operator – Scheduler

Working within a Facilities Management contract, you will be expected to receive calls, enter on to a Maximo system, and then plan and dispatch both reactive and planned maintenance works to a number of engineers and sub contractors across several locations. You will plan daily workload, prioritise urgent jobs and raise purchase orders if necessary, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures.
