Staff Partners currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Works Planner/Scheduler for a leading social housing provider.

Job Duties:

• First point of contact for scheduling enquiries
• Supporting the works scheduling administrative process.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Liaising with internal and external customers to solve problems in a time efficient way
• Appointment booking

What’s needed from you:

• Admin experience
• Customer service experience
• of using a number of different computer systems
• Ability to manage your own work load
• Confident telephone manner
