The Role:

The Sales Operations Manager is a key role within this rapidly expanding and innovative company. The successful candidate will be reporting to the commercial manager and will oversee sales operations and planning as well as manufacturing and the logistics and distribution of vehicles on a UK and international spectrum.

Main duties;

– Sales planning and performance reporting
– Deal with manufacturing and production measures and volumes
– Sales planning strategies
– Manage the order process and supporting information
– Vehicle stock plans and management
– Budgetary control
– Develop annual sales plans
– Perform market research and performance analysis
– Responsible for leading sales teams and working closely with them to achieve targets

– Excellent knowledge of the automotive industries products and technologies
– Ability to communicate with people at all levels
– Strong analytical and strategic skills
– Clear ability to function effectively in a multi disciplined commercial team
– Strong problem solving skills
– Experience of working within a sales planning function with a strong background in production planning
