THE ROLE
The Sales operations Specialist / Sales Operations Executive will be an integral part to the UK commercial business. Working closely with the General Manager the appointed person will assist with sales administration functions with the direct sales team in the UK and Italy as well as the distribution sales network throughout Europe. Key elements to the role will be overseeing sales administration, analysis of data – analytical, organisation of high-profile customer (surgeon) events at the UK HQ and organisation of larger strategic events throughout Europe. The role required an incredibly organised, commercially astute professional who can, in essence, be the delegate of the GM for all commercial sales / events matters in absentia.
THE PERSON
* Candidates will come from a commercial background and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of sales administration, sales process, sales support etc.
* They will have strong analytical skills and be excellent at collating, managing and interpreting data.
* Candidates will be able to organize large, key stakeholder, events autonomously and have the gravitas / kudos to host these – it is key the appointed person is confident in their face to face, phone and email communication skills with highly important customers / business partners.
