Registered Manager

Salary: £40,800 – £44,400 per year

We are working with a fantastic care provider who supports people with a range of learning disabilities and associated needs throughout Rye and Hastings in an outstanding residential setting.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager in the area to oversee two wonderful small registered care homes supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs to lead their best life, providing continued opportunities for personal growth and development.

You will take responsibility for running the day-to-day management of services, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring best practice is observed at all times, supported by a Deputy Care Manager and team.

Applicants should have experience in managing in a similar setting and have an in-depth understanding of the needs of people with Autism and some behaviours that can challenge. Qualities we would like to see in a Registered Manager include focus, passion, drive and great leadership.

You will need sound Knowledge of CQC standards and a commitment to delivering best practice at all times.

You could already be a Registered Manager, or perhaps have experience of managing in a supported living or respite setting or perhaps be an experienced Team Leader ready to take a step up.

We ideally want to see a level 4 Health & Social Care qualification (or relevant Diploma), and you should also be able to demonstrate initiative and excellent interpersonal and management skills, aswell as being available to work flexibly (including evenings / weekends).
