Registered Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

Registered Manager is urgently required to run a 35-bed home in Cambridge. The service provides residential care for the elderly who might have dementia and may require palliative care.

ENS Recruitment is now assisting with the recruitment of a Registered Manager for an award-winning care provider who has built a good reputation with local commissioners and the CQC. The provider owns 4 other elderly care homes which have all been rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the highest standard of care quality is achieved and to ensure smooth running of the service. You will have previous experience as a Registered Manager and have a good track record of successfully managing a home.

The starting salary offered is £42,000per annum, which will go up to £37,500 after successfully passing your 6-month probationary period.

Main requirements:

* NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care Management

* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager with Good reports from the CQC

* Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle (Preferred)
