Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

We have an opportunity for an experienced Surveyor, either an intermediate or senior to work for a contractor based in Guildford.
This role will be covering 1 site initially in North London with two others due to start a couple of months later. These projects are all residential schemes of both high end housing and low rise apartments.
Applicants must have extensive residential experience, have worked on a continuous permanent work history and be able to display longevity in each of their previous positions.
You will be working under a driven and dynamic leader and as such we are looking for ambitious individuals who are keen to succeed.
