Quantity Surveyor

My client are a large sized main contractor working in and around the London area. They work across sectors within commercial, educational and healthcare projects.

Due to strong pipeline of work within this region, they’re currently looking to add a Quantity surveyor/Project Surveyor to their successful growing team. Depending on experience you will either be lead Surveyor on a small scale project up to £6 million or reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a larger scheme up to £20 million.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an indvidual who is looking for a company that can offer future progression as the company grows, and to work alongside a close knit team within a reputable company.

The Successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

– at least 4 years plus Surveying experience
– worked for a Main Contractor in the past
– a degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
