Property Agent / Homebased & Company Car

Due to exciting company growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a property market leader that will offer ongoing, industry leading training. Working from home with regular meetings with the Management Team locally.
This is accompanied with a competitive basic salary of between 20k-24k basic and bonus potential up to 4k per annum & a company car.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Viewing properties, and taking photos with state of the art ultra wide angle photography.
Advising clients about the buying/selling process and also the market strategy.
Valuing properties marketing and advertising properties for sale
Taking on properties that you have successfully converted from a market appraisal.
Compiling a full set of property particulars including photographs, virtual tours,
measurements and floor plans
-Carrying out EPC assessments (Full Training will be provided)
The Candidate
Our client is seeking a self motivated person to work full time from home, in numerous regions of England.
Although full training will be provided, we would be especially interested in hearing from someone who has some estate agency experience, especially either as a valuer/lister
There is great career potential that will suit someone who enjoys working independently. A company car and fuel card are provided.
Applicants must be at least 25 years old and have a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years due to insurance restrictions. Applicants must also be CRB clear.

Sales experience would also be beneficial within this role.
You will also need to possess the following attributes:
Full driving License – Essential
A self motivated `can do` attitude
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work as part of a successful team
A stable work history within a sales environment
Preferred estate agents experience however full training provided
Hours of work
9am-6pm Monday to Friday (work alternate Saturdays)
