Project Manager – Main Contractor – Residential
A growing main contractor are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a new build residential scheme. Based in Guildford, the scheme is due to start circa £25m block of apartments, RC frame. The Project Manager will be reporting into a site based Project Director however once the project is running smoothly the Project Manager will lead the site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong RC frame background and be a resilient character with a good personality. Longevity with main contractors is essential. The role doesn’t have to be a vastly experienced Project Manager, it would suit someone looking to progress further within Project Manager but still have knowledge and skill within the sector. It is a permanent position, negotiable on salary and package.
