SALARY- £48,000 – £54,000per annum (dependent on experience)
 
My client is a manufacturer in the Energy sector. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Oxfordshire on a permanent basis.
 
The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

• Qualified in Engineering (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) or be QBE from working in a similar technical role
• Previous experience working in Project Management and also R&D
• Be able carry out technical design and read engineering drawings
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Proven success motivating others and successfully managing teams
• Have previous experience working within a similar manufacturing environment
• Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Be flexible to travel as required

 
The Project Manager role will involve:

• Project Managing the full lifecycle development of new equipment – from bid generation to manufacture and delivery
• Leading a team to ensure the success of various projects
• Taking things from concept to launch
• Helping to develop existing products too
• Liaising with customers as required keeping them up to date with project progress
• Maintaining technical documentation as required
• Offering technical support
• Sourcing and selecting components that are required
