Project Manager

MHR are currently seeking experienced Project Managers to join us in leading the delivery of high quality solution implementation and transformation projects for our new and existing customer base.

Reporting to the Professional Services Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned implementation projects, including budgets, planning, monitoring and control, reporting and communication to achieve successful implementations and deliver the positive outcomes our customers expect.

What you will be responsible for:

– Stakeholder engagement at all levels up to c-suite
– End-to-end project delivery including full budgetary control
– Ensuring that all project deliverables, timescales and commercials are clearly defined and understood across multiple concurrent projects
– Understanding, managing and communicating customer expectations, working with them to deliver benefits realisation
– Planning and managing the allocation of consultancy resources to maximise effectiveness, quality and throughput of delivery
– Managing project and portfolio risks and issues and their mitigation in conjunction with customers and management
– Continually identifying and driving additional commercial opportunities which benefit the customer and MHR
– Assisting with ITT responses, estimates, project plans and other pre-sales activities.
– Development and continuous improvement of processes and methodologies

Ideally, you will have performed a similar role previously (though not necessarily within HR or Payroll delivery) and with a proven high level of success across multiple industries and market sectors.

Please note that this role is offered on a home-based contract with extensive travel across the UK.
