Project Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator

The purpose of the role

Co-ordinate workstream activities including; developing PIDS (Project Initiation Documents), project plans and governance processes.

Duties

Provide administrative support to workstream activities.
Ensure that agreed actions are undertaken following meetings, appraising workstreams and the Workstream lead of status and progress.
Support workstreams in developing and delivering their agreed work / approved projects by identifying key stakeholders, organising working groups to take forward specific projects, assisting in the project planning process, and preparing and monitoring budgets.
Co-ordinate and support workstream and programme activity, including quality assuring bids, liaising with external customers, partners and stakeholders as required and working with internal departments
Organise training events and meetings, co-ordinating logistics including travel and accommodation

Project Management

Develop project plans for approved activities, ensuring that projects meet identified milestones and other targets

Ensure that accurate budgets are prepared for projects, including the processing and monitoring of expenditure and preparation of reports and forecasts

Prepare reports, briefings and presentations to a high standard for meetings at various levels, both within and outside the organisation.
