Support Technician & Project Coordinator

Main Duties
Working primarily with the Donation Station (our clients contactless donation product) you will:
Monitor and respond to incoming support requests
Troubleshoot issues and escalate to other team members where appropriate
Assist with onboarding new customers
Gather customer requirements for new orders
Ensure customer requirements are received in a timely manner during the course of production
Help with production and assembly of new orders
Working hours are standard UK office hours, however this job includes an on-call support element.
Experience Required
Good customer service skills (Essential)
Customer support experience (Desirable)
Knowledge of ITIL support desk ticket lifecycle (Desirable)
Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system (Essential)
Experience of PC imaging (Beneficial)
Knowledge of basic computer programming (Beneficial)
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is able to explain technical terminology in plain English. A high level of organisation will be required to handle production of orders for multiple customers at once. The candidate should not be afraid to ask questions and will have a keen eye for detail.
