URGENT requirement!

Our client a successful IT services organisation in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Office Co-ordinator (PMO) to join their Service Delivery team on a permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to the primary interface with internal sales/pre-sales and technical departments and the end customer. Working with the sales / pre-sales teams and of course the customer you will involved in the management of multiple and concurrent projects, identifying key project information and requirements, processing pricing information, project change management and being the go – to person for the client & project delivery team.

The specifics of the role are as follows:

Management of the internal and external stakeholder relationships

End to end project including tendering, scheduling & pricing management including incident, change and problem management.

Responsible for ensuring the project is correctly scoped including requirements, timescales and contingency planning.

Responsible for the co-ordination of projects from acceptance stage to go – live, customer communication, documentation, hardware and roll out.

Control of project costs & project deliverables including revenue, warranty, MI & reporting.

Have an active part in managing project implementation.

Management of maintenance and support contracts

This is a very varied and pivotal role within the organisation and you must fulfil the following criteria to be considered:

2 + years in a project management or PMO role working in a technology company

Incredibly strong communication skills

Ability to multi-task, manage internal and external customers is must.

Ideally experienced in working within an ITIL environment is distinct advantage.
