Connells are one of the UKs leading Estate Agents being part of the Connells Group in. Sequence with over 510 High Street Branches and we are looking to recruit a Part Time Viewing Representative for our Emersons Green branch.

Ideally you will have estate agency experience and be able to go out on viewings and deal with enquiries confidently although this is not essential.

As a Viewings Representative your key responsibilities will be to follow up leads for Market Appraisals from the Estate Agents in branch and conduct viewings in support of the Sales Negotiators.

For this role you will need to have a FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE and a CAR.

You will undertake viewings and also front line telephone and face to face sales support when required.

Previous customer services experience would be desirable
Excellent communication skills, have energy and drive
Computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, (email systems and the Internet)
Able to organise self and other
Team player

You must be able to work every Saturday.
