Salary: £26,000 per year

Sales Support Representative; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire; up to £21K depending upon experience

A leading manufacturer and merchant of a range of specialist additives that are used widely within the ceramics, coatings, paint and plastics industries is recruiting. This organisation is today one of the world leaders within it’s sector and manufactures in 2 continents; they are looking to strengthen their office team in Stoke on Trent, with the appointment of a Sales Support Representative.

Tasks undertaken in this varied role on a daily basis are as follows:

* E-mail and telephone discussions with customers, suppliers or colleagues

* Customer market map analysis

* Market research and prospecting

* Checking and sending order acknowledgements

* E-mailing and sending out regulatory documentation to customers from suppliers

* Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries, queries, technical questions, quotations, forecast demands, etc.

* Passing technical enquiries to colleagues

* Arranging the despatch of goods and information to customers

* Administrative filing of company documentation on a daily basis

* Maintaining of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

* Good organisation skills and administrative experience

* Competence in Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
