Sales Support Representative

Spring Personnel are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Surrport Representative for one of our prestigious clients in Uxbridge

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years Services Sales or Services Support experience and have a strong understanding in business technology products and solutions.

As part of this interesting role, you’ll be given plenty of responsibility including;

* Analyse and define sales targets.
* Develop Relationship with key partners on services Renewals business by:
o Supply of the Installed Base profile
o Introduce Renewal Options
o Provide Services Entitlement classification
o Establish inclusive teleconference calls with partners/customer questions on order history, entitlement status and quotation request.
o Deal with enquiries to relevant services sales team and services support team
o Post-sales support to customers
* Follow up on opportunity execution, report and monitor the closure rates
* Manage international logistics.
* Create communication briefings for the sales team.
* Develop and plan Executive briefing agendas.
* Prepare weekly activity and deals closure operational reports
* Ability to manage and act upon data within sales, Inside Sales tools, Forecasting Management
