Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

Salary £42,000 – £48,000 + uncapped commission OTE £55k pa + car + iphone + laptop

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this market leading as part of their Sales Team.

Job purpose:

Responsible for supporting the business, by selling the product range and services as detailed in the company business plan. As part of the continuous development culture of the company, you are invited to offer any suggestions or improvements that you may identify that will contribute in reducing costs or improving productivity within the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Lead generation, conversion, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets.

* Proactively develop a customer database for the geographical area of responsibility, actively seeking new sales opportunities by follow up of leads and quoting accordingly.

* Compiling complete and correct information following the sales to installation process.

* Face to face customer meetings to survey and specify the end user requirements.

* Deliver presentations to architects and contractors in order to drive the specification of product range for local authority, housing associations, health care and education.

* Work individually and as part to the Sales Team.

* Training and Development – Attend any relevant training and development sessions/courses in order to further develop your knowledge and skills. This will ensure that you can offer a high level of advice to customers and /or their site representatives, as well as fellow colleagues within the business. This training may include your attendance on various lift installations (where it will not have a major disruption on your own work load), to further improve your knowledge of the lift equipment we offer, as well as an acceptable environment for it to be installed into.

* Complete and submit monthly any relevant expenses claims together with accompanying VAT receipts.

* Ensuring that you work safety at all times, and that you do not put yourself or other people at risk as a result of anything you do – either whilst working in the office or on a customer’s site.

* Ensure that any Health and Safety related issues – that either affects yourself or other members of the team – are reported to the National Sales Manager.

* Monitor and report on activities or issues that could affect the reputation of Company, providing any relevant information and evidence.

Qualifications

* Must hold a full driving licence.

* Proven track record of sales within the Lift Industry

* Must hold a current CSCS card (‘Skilled Worker’ status).
