Job Description:

Based at their offices in Huntingdon you will be responsible for dealing with customer orders and enquiries via the telephone and on-line, assisting in account management, pricing sales leads, processing customer orders on to logistic systems and providing administration support to your team.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

– Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner
– Computer literate – Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
– Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed
– Have a keen eye for detail – low error rate
– Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary

Desirable:

– Experience working within a busy office environment
