Part Time Recruitment Consultant

A&B Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team on a part time basis. You will work 8.30am to 5.30pm 2-3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

This is a chance to join a rapidly growing business, who provide permanent and temporary staff to clients across the South West of England.

This role is for an immediate start for the right candidate, you MUST have Recruitment experience, it is essential.

for the role;

* Experience of working in a Recruitment office environment
* Be sales driven
* Used to speaking to clients on the telephone and face to face
* Have Recruitment industry experience
* Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, doing high volume recruitment
* Able to work in a fast changing environment where no two days are the same
* Understand the full recruitment cycle (360 degree – working from initial sales call to successful placement of candidate)

Applicants must be focused and driven with a can do attitude, articulate and Intelligent, able to see the bigger picture, be passionate about achieving and exceeding targets and have a proven track record in delivering these results. You must also be computer literate.

Your role will be to;

* Generate candidate and client leads
* Source and register candidates
* Assess candidate suitability for roles
* Arrange interviews
* Obtain candidate reference requests
* Work on a mixture of contingent, exclusive or retained vacancies
* Build successful relationship management / account management with a variety of clients
* Identify suitable candidates through a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media websites and networking
* Work closely with clients on specialist, hard to fill roles and through an understanding of the market have the ability to source successfully
* Some general administration

Desirable Experience:

Any previous experience working in a new business sales environment or a recruitment role in any industry would be a distinct advantage.
