Job Title – Recruitment Consultant
Salary – 18 – 22 K per annum
OTE – 34k – 38k

The Job Specification Includes

Responsibilities to include:
Account Management
Administration
Candidate registration
Candidate screening & background checks
Advertising Live Vacancies
Conducting telephone / Skype interviews
Running Assessment Centres
Ensuring candidate welfare and Inductions
Producing Management Information
Maintenance of the in house database
General office duties

This is a full time position within a challenging and busy environment. Applicants must have previous experience within an administration position be IT literate and be fluent in English and preferably speak one of the following languages Romanian, Polish, Hungarian, Portuguese or Italian.

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will be a self-starter, a team player who takes pride in their work and be well versed in MS Office with good knowledge of using LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter and other relevant Social Media sites.

You will possess integrity and adopt a professional approach whilst representing the James Lewis brand to both candidates and clients to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to fast paced activity.
