Salary: £36,000 per year

We offer a basic salary between £36,000/£35,000 (Basic) dependent on experience, plus uncapped bonuses! Potential total earnings of upto £45,000 and more….

Skills required;

• Knowledge of the temporary recruitment is essential
• Sales focused and target driven
• Confident with the ability to build rapport
• Ability to nurture relationships
• Driven and ambitious, keen to develop your recruitment career long-term
• Positive attitude, determination and resilience!

Responsibilities include:

• Developing existing contracts
• New Business Development
• Meeting with new clients to develop & expand business opportunities
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Converting & maximizing all revenue possibilities
• Liaising with the resourcing team

What we are looking for in a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• A highly motivated individual with a proven billing background in a specified sector
• Minimum 2-year within Recruitment sales
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Strong PC skills
• Valid Driving license
