Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare) – Peterborough

£26,000 per year PLUS BONUS!

Advantage Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, is looking for a passionate and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their established team in Peterborough.

You will be part of a growing branch and be tasked with running and developing an established desk, supplying nurses, carers and support workers to a variety of healthcare clients, both private and establishment as well as conducting interviews.

The role includes:

• Managing and growing your own desk with an eye for new business and opportunities
• Developing excellent relationships with both candidates, clients and internal teams
• Interviewing candidates and matching their skills to your client needs
• Meeting and developing new business and clients in the local area
• Working in a team environment to achieve overall individual and branch goals

Skills required:

• Confidence dealing with clients, families, workers and skilled professionals
• Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Understand the recruitment sales cycle and deliver results to tight deadlines
• Having passion and tenacity to deliver above average results
• Ideally a car driver/owner
