I am looking for an Operations Manager to join this ever growing team. You will be assisting the Shift Operations Manager on a daily basis to identify new opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate a site manufacturing team. Will also have a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process.
A candidate with experience within a Blue Chip Chilled food manufacturer is preferred. Also you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a managing a team within a factory.

The candidate will be responsible for:

* KPI’s Production, technical, raw materials, Safety, People Management.
* Materials and Products.
* Holding Daily meetings with Team managers to review the previous shift and what plans you have in place for the next shift.
* Analysing the day’s productivity and performance.
* Reviewing the recruitment process.
* Audit DMP levels.
* To attend monthly area Health & Safety inspections and meetings.

The package:
* Salary £60,000 – £66,000
