A truly fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a new, growing company, with bars and restaurants mainly based around London.

The ideal Operations Manager will be currently working in senior managerial role and will have similar experience within a growing and developing company. Reporting directly to the owners, you will need to be well organised, self motivated and operationally strong. You will need to have strong financial acumen, strong people management and will be responsible for overseeing all operations within this thriving restaurant group.

This restaurant group are well known for being funky and different and you too should be able to keep up with their face paced, fun way of serving guests. They enjoy and encourage their staff’s creativity, so this too is a must.

In return, you will receive a salary of upto £90,000 per annum, plus a bonus package, a route to directorship and the opportunity to grow within this exciting, growing company.
