Operations Manager

Our client, an award winning contract caterer is looking for an experienced driven operations manager primarily for the B&I sector division. You must be commercially minded and have solid experience with multi site corporate operations.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record in developing teams, supporting business growth, have good attention to detail and strong financial acumen. They will need to possess outstanding foodie values, be innovative, dynamic, personable, accountable and a strong team player.
The right manager will be a sales driven forward thinking person that understands clients / relationship building / sales and managing corporate contracts. You will report to the Operations Director and look after several corporate sites in London.
We are looking for someone who can increase profits, who can control cost, labour, increase sales.
You will be responsible to manage and motivate several general managers.
You must be a strong business manager, with excellent people skills and attention to detail. The right candidate must be highly customer focused, have good communication skills, immaculate presence, excellent command on English language both in oral & written. You must have previous experience either as area/group or operations manager within B&I
This award winning Caterer are offering a competitive remuneration package between £66,000 – £75,600 including annual bonus, private medical insurance and travel allowance and you will be given career and training opportunities.
