Location: Would prefer South East Based, However flexible
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £72,000(negotiable)
We are looking for a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join a multi national refrigeration company based in the UK.
This role will be to manage the UK sales team, dealing mainly within the service side of the business. They will be involved in developing processes and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
They will be required to deal with company sales forecasts, budgets, business plans as well as networking into the target markets promoting services.
The right person for this position will have an extensive sales background and a proven track record in managing a sales team. We would prefer them to have a mechanical background selling maintenance services preferably into the food, leisure or beverage sector.
Requirements
– Extensive sales management experience
– Dealings with service and maintenance contacts
– Solid understanding of refrigeration systems
– Proven track record in running a sales team
– Ability to create and implement sales action plans
– A degree in engineering would be preferred
– Working experience selling into the UK food manufacturing market would be a bonus
– Must be able to travel on a national and international basis
– We would prefer this person to be based in the South East, however there is potential to be based from one of the companies other offices within the UK
