Earnings dependant on your ability (potential £40k 1st year and £80k+ 2nd year).

We now provide these techniques, goods, services, training and support to enable enterprising people to operate as a niche recruitment consultant from home and, you don’t have to be a recruitment consultant to do this!

What do we do? Our service is relatively simple: using our techniques (that uses smart marketing processes and not “cold calling”), we take a job description from a decision maker and then go out and find a person who wants that job. When successful, we will charge a fee and typically that is around £5,000. One or two fees per month is not unusual once a consultant is established: the home-based recruitment consultant keeps all the revenue they generate.

Could it work for you? Everyone knows that business is about managing your customers’ expectations; “people do business with people”. Account managers and Sales Executives, especially with a business development background, have good transferable skills; these are the qualities required to be a customer facing recruitment consultant.

Is this the right time for this type of opportunity? Over the last three decades, there has been 4 recessions (and AES has survived them all!) and the year after each recession, there has been significant growth in professional and qualified recruitment opportunities; the sector that AES operates in. We expect this trend to continue in 2021 and thankfully, the current evidence of increased vacancies in the skilled sectors, tends to support this.
