Material Planner

Salary: £31.2 per hour

An International manufacturing company, with multiple sites have a role for an experienced MATERIAL PLANNER.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a busy, friendly, well established organisation, where, as the MATERIAL PLANNER, your focus will be to ensure continuous raw material supply to all UK plants, whilst maintaining stock target

DUTIES OF THE MATERIAL PLANNER

* Ensure continuous raw material supply to all UK sites

* Maintain stock levels and targets

* Review daily stock on hand

* Maintain MRP parameters to ensure stock held is correct

* Weekly supplier schedule releases

* Review potential issue and risk of supply to plant

* Liaise with Logistics on cycle count results

* Reporting daily on supplier arrears

* Monitoring any additional costs incurred with suppliers

* Manage supplier delivery slots and transport needs

* Raising non-conformance reports

REQUIREMENT OF THE MATERIAL PLANNER

* It is essential that you have relevant proven experience gained from within a manufacturing industry background

* We are looking for SAP exposure

* Strong experience of MS Office and Excel

* This would suit a lively, energetic, and well organised individual who is genuinely looking for a long- term stable career.

The role is commutable from Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry, Daventry, Stratford Upon Avon and Redditch
