Are you looking for a new position? We have a Materials Planner role waiting for you!
We are recruiting Material Planners to join our manufacturing company, the Planner will be working in a hybrid role partly from the house and the office in either Peterborough or Daventry. The Material Planner will be working days Monday – Friday. The Material Planner will be working with a team and planners across multiple site.
The daily duties of the Planner will be:
-Receiving work orders from manufacturing and deciding what parts and materials needs to be ordered.
– Solving problems with regards to making sure there are enough parts and material to complete the builds.
– Being the middle person between manufacturing and supply chain communicating on all levels.
– Updating and checking the MRP/ERP system on site.
– Occasional liaison with suppliers to solve problems.
Candidate
– The Material Planner will have a strong knowledge and experience of using Excel and be computer literate.
– Experience of using SAP or Oracle would be advantageous for the position but not essential.
– The successful planner will come from a manufacturing planning background.
– You will need to be able to communicate at all levels across the business.
£31,620 – £34,680 per annum
37.5 hour week
Monday – Friday covering 7am – 5.30pm (flexible)
