The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a strong, enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef and FOH couple to work in a busy Pub in Suffolk which is set in beautiful surroundings. The menu is derived from the best selection of locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on classic British pub food cooked to an extremely high standard. My client is looking for a couple to live-in and, with one being Head Chef, the other being in a FOH managerial position.

What we need from you

• Your experience will allow you to lead the team in this fast paced environment
• You will need to ensure the kitchen team work to the highest standards and in conjunction with the front of house staff to deliver the best possible service to the customers at all times.
• Ensure orders are filled in-line with the busy nature of this Kitchen
• Relevant Qualifications and experience
