Bistro Chef, Colwyn Bay, North Wales

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bistro Chef to join our client’s busy kitchen in Llandudno, North Wales.

Working as part of a small Brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head chef in the running of the kitchen, preparing and delivering a high standard of food to the Brasserie/Bistro with approximately 30 covers per service.

Applicants should have: previous experience of working as a Bistro / Brasserie Chef, preparing meals from fresh ingredients; a current Food Hygiene Certificate; excellent communication skills; the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and be able to work split shifts.
